About Owner/Operator Noel Mote
Repairs unlimited is locally owned and operated by Noel Mote. Noel started Repairs Unlimited in the summer of 2000. He has been in the residential and commercial construction environment for the past eighteen years. Noel is licensed, GB-98, as a general contractor in NM. Noel brings invaluable knowledge, experience, and vision to any project great or small.

A general contractor is literally something of a jack of all trades managing the overall project and, depending on the situation, subcontracting specific parts of the project to qualified specialists (to a plumbing contractor, for example.) A good general contractor needs solid working knowledge of all aspects of any given project including and especially making sure that all workers are functioning together well and that the project is coming together meeting all laws and regulations and within agreed upon budgets.
